摘要：文化是一个国家、一个民族的灵魂。文化兴国运兴，文化强民族强。没有高度的文化自信，没有文化的 繁荣兴盛，就没有中华民族的伟大复兴。文化更是一个民族的脊梁和灵魂，它铸造着 国家和民族的心灵和品格，一个民族有了文化自信，才能立于世界民族之林;人民有了信仰，国家才有力量，民族才有希望。而文化自信是促成这些目标的至关重要的因素。

谭香妮，1955年12月出生，中专学历，先后任教师和国企部门经理，1997年下海经商至今。现为全国中老年书画家协会理事，湖南省直书画家协会会员，湖南省怀化市鹤城区老干部（老年）书画家协会副会长，怀化市鹤城区美术家协会副主席。自幼酷爱书画艺术，多次参加省市及全国书画展赛活动，作品多次获奖并被多家企业和机构收藏，荣获第三届全国精品书画大赛金奖、第七届三十省区市中老年书画联合大赛二等奖和中国书画飞天奖等。绘画作品被连续刊登于2022年第1期和第2期《书画精粹》杂志。2023年7月被中央新影受聘为中学生频道美育视界艺术指导。
