建筑，是城市的脊梁，是时代的印记；建造师，是脊梁的锻造者，是时代的筑梦人。在城市化进程蓬勃推进、城市更新浪潮席卷而来的新时代，有这样一位功勋建造师，他以工程师的严谨、企业家的魄力、教育者的担当，三十余载深耕建筑检测与加固领域，首创“建筑医院”理念，打破行业壁垒、引领技术革新，用匠心守护建筑安全，用实干铸就企业辉煌，在卓越建造的道路上勇毅前行，彰显着新时代企业精英的责任与风采，他就是湖南众创特种工程施工有限公司总经理、国家一级注册结构工程师——罗刚。
初心筑基，从讲台到一线的深耕之路。罗刚的建筑生涯，始于湖南大学土木工程学院的三尺讲台。1988年，毕业于湖南大学工民建专业的他，怀揣着“传薪授业、赋能行业”的初心，选择留校任教，一站便是二十余年。在讲台上，他将结构工程、岩土工程等专业知识倾囊相授，深耕理论研究、打磨教学方法，培养了一代又一代扎根建筑领域的专业人才，也为自己夯实了坚实的理论根基。这段教学经历，让他深刻领悟到“知识的真正价值在于解决现实问题”，也让他敏锐捕捉到建筑行业的痛点——随着城市建设的快速发展，大量老旧建筑面临结构老化、材料劣化等问题，而传统建筑服务中检测、设计、施工“各自为政”的碎片化模式，导致效率低下、质量难控，亟需一种全新的服务体系破解困局。
为了将理论转化为实践，为建筑行业破局赋能，罗刚在教学之余积极投身工程一线，先后考取一级注册结构工程师、全国注册监理工程师、高级国际注册建造师等十余项专业资质，在汶川地震灾后评估、重大火灾建筑抢救、古建筑保护修复等各类高难度项目中积累了丰富的实战经验。2015年，在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代浪潮下，罗刚毅然辞去高校教职，创立湖南众创特种工程施工有限公司，正式将酝酿多年的“建筑医院”理念付诸实践，完成了从教育者到企业家、从理论研究者到实战领航者的华丽转型，开启了他卓越建造的全新征程。

Buildings are the backbone of cities and the imprint of an era; builders are the forgers this backbone and the dream-builders of the times. In this new era of vigorous urbanization and sweeping urban renewal, there is a distinguished builder who, with the rigor an engineer, the courage of an entrepreneur, and the responsibility of an educator, has deeply cultivated the field of building inspection and reinforcement for over thirty years. He the concept of the "Building Hospital," broke through industry barriers, led technological innovation, protected building safety with craftsmanship, and forged corporate glory through practical action. Forging courageously on the path of excellent construction, he embodies the responsibility and style of a new-era corporate elite. He is Luo Gang, General Manager of Hunan Zhongang Special Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., and a National First-Class Registered Structural Engineer. Rooted in original intention, a journey of deep cultivation from the to the front line. Luo Gang's career in construction began at the podium of the School of Civil Engineering at Hunan University. In 1988, graduating from Hunan University with a major in civil engineering and architecture, he chose to stay at the university to teach, driven by the original intention of "passing on knowledge empowering the industry," a position he held for over twenty years. At the podium, he taught professional knowledge such as structural engineering and geotechnical engineering, delved into research, refined teaching methods, and cultivated generation after generation of professional talents rooted in the construction field, while also solidifying his own theoretical foundation. This teaching experience allowed to deeply realize that "the true value of knowledge lies in solving real-world problems," and enabled him to keenly capture the pain points of the construction industry— the rapid development of urban construction, a large number of old buildings face problems such as structural aging and material deterioration. Meanwhile, the fragmented model of "working separately" traditional building services—where inspection, design, and construction are disconnected—leads to low efficiency and difficult quality control, creating an urgent need for a completely new service system to break the deadlock. To transform theory into practice and empower the construction industry to break through its deadlock, Luo Gang actively threw himself into engineering front lines alongside his. He successively obtained over ten professional qualifications, including First-Class Registered Structural Engineer, National Registered Supervision Engineer, and Senior International Registered Builder. He accumulated rich practical in various high-difficulty projects, such as post-earthquake assessments after the Wenchuan earthquake, rescue of buildings in major fires, and the protection and restoration ancient buildings. In 2015, amidst the wave of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation," Luo Gang resolutely resigned from his university teaching position and founded Zhongchuang Special Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. He officially put the long-conceived "Building Hospital" concept into practice, completing a magnificent transformation from an to an entrepreneur, and from a theoretical researcher to a practical leader, embarking on a brand-new journey of excellent construction. From the podium to the engineering front, from theoretical research to industrial practice, and from technological innovation to industry leadership, Luo Gang has interpreted the craftsmanship and excellence of a distinguished builder and demonstrated the responsibility style of a new-era corporate elite through over thirty years of steadfastness and struggle. The "Building Hospital" concept he pioneered has injected new vitality into the construction; the high-quality projects he has built have laid a solid safety foundation for urban development; and the corporate development he has led has provided a replicable model for transformation.
Looking to the future, Luo Gang remains true to his original aspiration and keeps moving forward. He plans to further achieve full-qualification autonomy, digital transformation, and integrate BIM technology with digital twins to build an "intelligent building doctor" system, allowing the "building hospital" to cover a wider area and safeguard buildings. As a meritorious builder and an elite of the new era, he will continue to build his dreams with craftsmanship and fulfill his mission through practical actions. He will lead the way on the path of excellent construction, write a new legend in the wave of urban renewal, and contribute his wisdom and sweat to the high-quality development China's construction industry.
