雷雨菲，女，2006年10月生，霞浦人。从小酷爱书法，对美术尤为独钟。后来拜国家一级书法师、美术师、非遗传承人李贵龙博士为师，勤练褚遂良的楷书、黄庭坚行草书和画拓。在学习中领悟书法与画拓文化的精髓，得到李老师的悉心教导，在书法和画拓的文化背景和技能上得到很大的提升，2024年取得“国家高级美术培训师”资格，并参与海洋历史文化研究中心碑帖拓片制作和编写《霞浦古碑刻》一书。
