1990 年，徐友江考入山东大学医学院中医科专业，系统研习中医经典。 1994 年 7 月以优异成绩毕业，获全科医学（中医类）专业技术资格。在校期间及毕业后，先后参加"国医大师程莘农院士针灸高级传承学习班"，获程莘农院士亲笔签名的"针灸传扬"合格证书；后正式拜中国工程院院士、针灸学泰斗石学敏为师，深研中医针灸理论，为日后独创疗法奠定了坚实根基。
2015 年 10 月：创办北京徐友江疑难病医学研究院，专注疑难病研究与诊治；
2017 年：正式成为石学敏院士弟子；
2017 年 11 月：特聘为《国医网》健康顾问委员会主任委员；

Biography In 1990, Xu Youjiang was admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at School of Medicine, Shandong University, where he systematically studied the classics of TCM. In July 1994, he graduated with excellent grades and obtained professional qualifications in General Medicine (TCM). During his studies and after graduation, he successively participated in the "Advanced Inheritance Learning Class of Acupuncture by Academician Cheng Xinn, Grand Master of TCM", and received a "Acupuncture Inheritance" certificate personally signed by Academician Cheng Xinnong; later, he formally became a disciple Shi Xuemin, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a titan of acupuncture, deeply studying TCM acupuncture theory, which laid a solid foundation for his original therapies. October 2015: Founded the Beijing Xu Youjiang Institute of Medicine for Intractable Diseases, focusing on the research, diagnosis, and of intractable diseases; 2017: Formally became a disciple of Academician Shi Xuemin; November 2017: Specially appointed the Chairman of the Health Advisory Committee of "Guoyi.com"; June 2019: Established Xu Youjiang Health Management (Zhejiang)., Ltd., leveraging the unique advantages of TCM to forge a development path in the great health industry; March 2025: Specially appointed as the Chairman of the Chinese TCM Expert Committee, and appointed as a council member of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine Information.

独创"徐氏奇天疗法"
徐友江在传统中医精华基础上，融合西方医学与现代科学理念，历经三十余年临床实践，独创"徐氏奇天疗法"，该疗法于 2020 年被纳入国家卫健委"十三五"全国重点课题，2025 年又入选"十四五"中医药发展规划重点推广项目。其核心技术包括：

Academic Achievements Original Creation of "Xu's Qitian Therapy" Based on the essence of traditional Chinese medicine, Youjiang integrated Western medicine and modern scientific concepts. Through over 30 years of clinical practice, he independently created the "Xu's Qitian Therapy". This was included in the National Health Commission's "13th Five-Year Plan" national key project in 2020, and was selected as a promotion project of the "14th Five-Year Plan" for Traditional Chinese Medicine development in 2025. 案例一：治愈著名导演鲁岐的美尼尔氏综合症
中国著名导演、制片人鲁岐于 2016 年患罕见的美尼尔氏综合症，经北京各大医院乃至美国治疗均未愈。 2017年经人介绍找到徐友江， 抱着试试看的心态接受治疗。徐友江以"一小时内为二十几位患者针灸"的精湛手法令其
信服，经 20 余天针灸治疗，未服一粒西药，鲁岐眩晕、耳聋、耳鸣等症状全部消失，至今未复发。鲁岐深受感动，以徐友江为原型创作电影《神医大道》，弘扬中医文化。
案例二：心脑血管狭窄不搭支架先例
鲁岐在北京阜外医院检查发现心血管堵塞 95%，院方建议支架手术。经徐友江以"徐氏奇天疗法"配合中草药及艾灸治疗半年，狭窄面积恢复至 50%，开创了阜外医院首例不用搭支架的先河。
案例三： 27 岁重症患者康复
一名 27 岁患者腰椎间盘突出伴口下颌肌张力障碍， 无法吞咽、舌头内卷。经"徐氏奇天疗法"半月治疗后可咽下口水，两个月后基本康复。
Typical Cases Case 1: Curing famous director Lu Qi's Meniere's disease Famous Chinese director producer Lu Qi was diagnosed with the rare Meniere's disease in 2016, and failed to recover despite treatment in major hospitals in Beijing and the United States. In 2017, through an introduction, she found Xu Youjiang and accepted treatment with a "give it a try" attitude. Youjiang's superb technique of "performing acupuncture on over twenty patients within an hour" convinced her. After more than 20 days of acupuncture treatment, taking a single pill of Western medicine, Lu Qi's symptoms of dizziness, deafness, and tinnitus all disappeared, and have not recurred to this day. Deeply, Lu Qi created the film "The Divine Doctor's Way" based on Xu Youjiang as the prototype to promote Traditional Chinese Medicine culture. Case 2 Precedent of treating cardiovascular stenosis without a stent During an examination at Beijing Fuwai Hospital, Lu Qi was found to have a 95% cardiovascular blockage, and hospital recommended stent surgery. After half a year of treatment with Xu Youjiang's "Xu's Qitian Therapy" combined with Chinese herbal medicine and mibustion, the area of stenosis recovered to 50%, setting a precedent for the first case at Fuwai Hospital that did not require a stent. Case3: Recovery of a 27-year-old critically ill patient A 27-year-old patient with lumbar disc herniation accompanied by orandibular dystonia was unable to swallow and had a rolled-in tongue. After half a month of treatment with "Xu's Qitian Therapy", the patient swallow saliva, and basically recovered after two months.

Lu Qi, a native of Qingdao, Shandong, and a graduate of the Communication University of China, is an exceptionally talented in the film and television industry who has deeply cultivated cultural narratives. Since entering the industry in 1984, he quickly rose to prominence with his keen artistic, bringing Wang Shuo's "Air Hostess" to the screen and adapting the Mao Dun Literature Prize-winning "Chronicles of Sangshuping" the TV series "Good Men and Good Women". 十年时光，我亲眼见证宁海徐友江院长，从只会妙手治病的实干良医， 成长为能通透讲透中医哲学、讲清脏腑机理、讲明白辨证大道的一代传承者。

一、十年前：疗效惊天，却大道无言
2016 年，我深受美尼尔氏综合症重度困扰，天旋地转、久治不愈、多方无解。在万般无奈之下，我远赴陌生的宁海，找到扎根基层、朴实低调的徐友江医生。彼时的他，实干极强、疗效极佳，但不善理论阐释。他能治、能调、能断根，手到病消，却不擅长把“ 为什么好、病机在哪、五行如何、气机如何 ”讲透。遵从中医古法「百日轮回、百日筑基」的真理，我在院安心调理整整半年，两个百日疗程。依托他传承葛洪的经络外治体系，逐层疏通淤堵、温补元气、调和失衡脏腑。 最终， 困扰我多年的美尼尔顽疾彻底根治，十年零复发。
当年身边很多人质疑： 一个地方基层医生，无喧哗名气，凭什么治好全国难治的眩晕重症？
不止美尼尔，我亲眼见证他治愈喉咙气泡、顽固骨髓炎、重度颈腰椎间盘突出等无数疑难杂症，疗效真实、震撼、无可辩驳。
唯一遗憾：疗效看得见，医理讲不出。术已精，道未传。
二、十年蜕变：从治病之手，通达哲学之道（我最欣慰的蜕变）
时隔十年， 2026 年再观徐友江院长，让我内心无比喜悦、无比感慨的，不只是他的荣誉，更是他的认知升华。
今天的他，已经完全蜕变： 他不再只是一个会治病的医生，他读懂了中医是中国最高哲学。
他能清晰讲透：五脏六腑的生克制化、表里关系、气机升降、虚实转化；能讲明白：何为未病、何为淤堵、何为虚寒湿热、何为肺失肃降、何为阴阳偏差； 能讲清楚：每一个病症背后的天道逻辑、五行逻辑、气机逻辑。
以前治病，是凭经验、凭手感、凭古法；现在治病，是凭哲学、凭体系、凭辨证、凭通透医理。
这是医者最高级的成长：从“治好病 ” ，升级为 “懂透人、懂透生命、懂透天地气机 ”。
这份十年精进，在我近期亲身调理中再次震撼验证。近两年，我深受顽固性大便干燥折磨。
我自身研习中医、熟读内经、遍访各路专家，尝试汤药、食疗、果汁、药膳、各种调理，两年之久毫无改善。
与徐院长深度辨证研讨，他一语道破终极病机：大便干结，不在于肠、不在于火，根源在于肺经不足、肺失肃降、气机无力推浊。 肺主一身之气，肺不降，则全身气机皆滞。

Ten years witnessing the rise of a great folk physician: inheriting the ancient methods of Ge, mastering the great Dao of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), evolving from empirical efficacy to a philosophy-infused TCM, it is by no means a simple medical technique, the highest philosophy of life of the Chinese nation. It speaks of Yin and Yang, the Five Elements, generation and overcoming, the four seasons, and the unity heaven and humanity. It does not look at a single lesion, but at the entire person's Qi mechanism, pattern, balance of organs, and state life. A truly great physician ultimately cultivates philosophy, the Dao of Heaven, and the correspondence between the human body and nature. Over ten years, I personally witnessed President Xu Youjiang of Ninghai grow from a practical, skilled physician who could only treat diseases with miraculous hands, into a generational successor capable of thoroughly explaining philosophy, clarifying the mechanisms of the organs, and elucidating the great Dao of pattern differentiation. Ge Hong of the Eastern Jin Dynasty is the eternal patriarch of folk physicians. He advocated treating minor illnesses externally, using decoctions for major illnesses, preserving Yang to consolidate the foundation, and following the seasons for health preservation; not consuming righteous Qi, not treating recklessly—this most closely aligns with the people's way of preserving life and extending longevity. President Xu Youjiang has worshipped Ge Hong his life, deeply cultivating the essence of Ge Hong's ancient methods. Combining the great Dao of Qi, blood, and meridians from the *Huangdiijing* (Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon), and inheriting the orthodox acupuncture of National TCM Master Cheng Xinnong and Shi Xuemin, he upgraded Ge Hong' scattered ancient external treatment wisdom into a systematic, complete, and inheritable "Xu Family Qitian Therapy". These ten years have been a decade of his medical skill advancement and more importantly, a decade of his transition from "technique" to "Dao". I. Ten Years Ago: Astonishing Efficacy, Yet the Great Remained Silent In 2016, I was severely troubled by Meniere's disease, with the world spinning, long untreated, and solution found through various means. In utter desperation, I traveled far to the unfamiliar Ninghai and found Dr. Xu Youjiang, a physician rooted in the grassroots, and low-profile. At that time, he was highly practical with excellent efficacy, but not good at theoretical explanation. He could treat, regulate, and eradicate the cause, making diseases vanish with his touch, but was not skilled at thoroughly explaining "why it works, where the pathogenesis lies, how the Five Elements act, and the Qi mechanism functions". Following the truth of the ancient TCM method of "a hundred-day cycle, a hundred-day foundation building", I stayed in the for a full half-year, two hundred-day courses. Relying on his inherited meridian external treatment system of Ge Hong, we unblocked the congestion layer by, warmed and supplemented the primordial Qi, and harmonized the imbalanced organs. Ultimately, the Meniere's disease that had plagued me for years was completely, with zero recurrence in ten years. Back then, many around me were skeptical: How could a grassroots local physician, without any loud fame, cure a nationally severe case of vertigo? Not just Meniere's, I personally witnessed him cure countless difficult diseases such as throat bubbles, stubborn osteomyelitis, and cervical and lumbar disc herniation; the efficacy was real, shocking, and irrefutable. The only regret: The efficacy was visible, but the medical principles not be explained. The technique was refined, but the Dao was not transmitted. II. He can clearly explain: the generation, overcoming, control, and transformation of the fiveang and six fu organs, their interior-exterior relationships, the ascending and descending of Qi, and the conversion between deficiency and excess; he can explain clearly: what pre-disease, what is congestion, what is deficiency-cold and damp-heat, what is the loss of lung descending function, and what is the deviation Yin and Yang; he can clearly articulate: the logic of the Dao of Heaven, the logic of the Five Elements, and the logic of the Qi mechanism behind every.
